QS18VP6DVS Description
Banner Engineering QS18VP6DVS is a photo-electric sensor designed for versatile applications, featuring an M18 threaded mount for easy installation. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -20 to +70°C and is equipped with a diffuse mode potentiometer adjustment for precise sensing control. This sensor is connected via a pre-wired 6.5ft / 2m cable with bare end flying leads, belonging to the QS18 series. It boasts a degree of protection rated at IP67 NEMA 6, ensuring durability in various environmental conditions. The QS18VP6DVS operates on a supply voltage of 10Vdc-30Vdc, with 12Vdc / 24Vdc nominal, and is housed in a rectangular, thermoplastic body with a Polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) lens. It has a sensing distance of 250mm and utilizes visible red light for detection. This sensor supports both Light-ON and Dark-ON operating modes and includes 1 x digital output (PNP transistor; complementary NO/NC) with a rapid response time of 0.85ms / 0.00085 s.
