Banner Engineering QS18VP6DLQ8 is a photo-electric sensor designed for versatile applications, featuring a diffuse mode with potentiometer adjustment. It comes with an M18 threaded mount for easy installation and is equipped with a 4-pin Euro-style M12 connector for connectivity. This sensor operates within an ambient air temperature range of -20 to +70°C and is housed in a thermoplastic casing with an acrylic lens, ensuring durability. The QS18 series sensor offers a sensing distance of up to 600mm and utilizes infrared light with a wavelength of 940 nm. It supports both Light-ON and Dark-ON operating modes for increased application flexibility. The device is protected to IP67 and NEMA 6 standards, making it suitable for challenging environments. It requires a supply voltage of 10Vdc to 30Vdc, with 12Vdc and 24Vdc as nominal values, and features a single digital output (PNP transistor; complementary NO/NC) for signal processing.
