QS18VP6AF250Q5 Description
Banner Engineering QS18VP6AF250Q5 is an adjustable-field photo-electric sensor designed for precise detection tasks. It features an M18 threaded mount for secure installation and operates within an ambient air temperature range of -40 to +60°C. This sensor is equipped with a background suppression system with potentiometer adjustment, allowing for fine-tuning of the detection field. It comes pre-wired with a 6" / 150mm pigtail that terminates with a 4-pin Euro-style M12 connector, ensuring easy and reliable connectivity. Part of the QS18..AF electronically adjustable background suppression series, it offers a high degree of protection rated at IP67 NEMA 6, suitable for demanding environments. The sensor operates on a supply voltage of 10Vdc-30Vdc, with nominal values of 12Vdc / 24Vdc, and is housed in a durable thermoplastic casing with an acrylic lens. It has a sensing distance of 250mm and utilizes visible red light for detection. The operating modes include Light-ON and Dark-ON, with a digital output comprising 1 x digital output (PNP transistor; complementary NO/NC) and a quick response time of 2.8ms / 0.0028 s.
