Banner Engineering QS18VP6AF250 W/30 is an adjustable-field photo-electric sensor designed for versatile sensing applications. It features an M18 threaded mount for secure installation and operates within an ambient air temperature range of -40 to +60°C. This sensor is equipped with a background suppression system with potentiometer adjustment, allowing for precise detection. It comes pre-wired with a 30ft / 9m cable terminated with bare end flying leads, falling under the QS18..AF electronically adjustable background suppression series. The QS18VP6AF250 W/30 offers a degree of protection rated at IP67 NEMA 6, ensuring durability in various environments. It requires a supply voltage of 10Vdc-30Vdc, with 12Vdc / 24Vdc nominal, and is housed in a thermoplastic casing with an acrylic lens. The sensing distance is set at 250mm, utilizing visible red light for detection. It supports both Light-ON and Dark-ON operating modes and includes 1 x digital output (PNP transistor; complementary NO/NC) with a response time of 2.8ms / 0.0028 s.
