It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -20 to +70°C and is housed in a durable thermoplastic with an acrylic lens, ensuring its suitability for various environments. The QS18VN6RQ8 offers a sensing distance of up to 20 meters and supports both Light-ON and Dark-ON operating modes. It provides a single digital output through an NPN transistor, which is complementary NO/NC, and operates on a supply voltage range of 10Vdc to 30Vdc, with 12Vdc and 24Vdc as nominal values. This sensor is designed to meet IP67 and NEMA 6 degrees of protection, indicating its resistance to dust and water ingress.
