QS18VN6R W/30 Description
Banner Engineering QS18VN6R W/30 is a photo-electric sensor designed for through-beam system applications, functioning as the receiver component within an opposed mode setup. It features an M18 threaded mount for secure installation and is equipped with a pre-wired 30ft / 9m cable that terminates with bare end flying leads for flexible connectivity. This sensor operates within an ambient air temperature range of -20 to +70°C and is housed in a thermoplastic casing with an acrylic lens, ensuring durability. The QS18 series sensor offers a sensing distance of up to 20m and includes a digital output (NPN transistor; complementary NO/NC) for versatile signaling. It supports both Light-ON and Dark-ON operating modes, with a rapid response time of 0.75ms. The device is protected to IP67 NEMA 6 standards, making it suitable for challenging environments. It requires a supply voltage of 10Vdc-30Vdc, with 12Vdc and 24Vdc as nominal values.
