QS18VN6R-13475 Description
Banner Engineering QS18VN6R-13475 is a photo-electric sensor designed for through-beam system applications with an opposed mode potentiometer adjustment. It features an M18 threaded mount for secure installation and operates within an ambient air temperature range of -20 to +70°C. This sensor is part of the QS18 series and comes pre-wired with a 6.5ft / 2m cable that terminates with bare end flying leads, facilitating easy connection. It boasts a rectangular shape with a thermoplastic housing and an acrylic lens, ensuring durability. With a sensing distance of up to 20m, it offers flexibility in deployment. The QS18VN6R-13475 supports both Light-ON and Dark-ON operating modes and includes a single digital output (NPN transistor; complementary NO/NC) for versatile signaling. It operates on a supply voltage of 10Vdc to 30Vdc (12Vdc / 24Vdc nom.) and features a rapid response time of 0.75ms for ON and 0.375ms for OFF. This sensor is protected against ingress with an IP67 NEMA 6 rating, making it suitable for challenging environments.
