QS18VN6LV Description
Banner Engineering QS18VN6LV is a photo-electric sensor designed for versatile applications, featuring an M18 threaded mount for secure installation. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -20 to +70°C and is built in a rectangular shape with a thermoplastic housing and acrylic lens. This sensor is part of the QS18 series and employs a retro-reflective mode with potentiometer adjustment for precise sensing, offering a sensing distance of up to 6.5m. It emits visible red light and supports both Light-ON and Dark-ON operating modes. The QS18VN6LV is equipped with a pre-wired 6.5ft / 2m cable that terminates with bare end flying leads for easy connection. It features a single digital output (NPN transistor; complementary NO/NC) and is powered by a supply voltage ranging from 10Vdc to 30Vdc (12Vdc / 24Vdc nom.). This sensor is protected to IP67 NEMA 6 standards, ensuring durability in challenging environments.
