QS18VN6LV-64560 Description
Banner Engineering QS18VN6LV-64560 is a photo-electric sensor designed for versatile applications, featuring a retro-reflective mode with an integral cable in a bulk-packed potentiometer adjustment. This sensor is equipped with an M18 threaded mount for secure installation and operates within an ambient air temperature range of -20 to +70°C. It comes pre-wired with a 6.5ft / 2m cable terminated with bare end flying leads, ensuring easy integration into various systems. Part of the QS18 series, it offers a degree of protection rated at IP67 NEMA 6, suitable for demanding environments. The sensor operates on a supply voltage of 10Vdc-30Vdc, with 12Vdc / 24Vdc nominal, and is housed in a durable thermoplastic with an acrylic lens. It has a sensing distance of up to 6.5m and utilizes visible red light for detection. The operating modes include Light-ON and Dark-ON, with a digital output (NPN transistor; complementary NO/NC) and a rapid response time of 0.6ms / 0.0006 s.
