Banner Engineering QS18VN6LPQ is a polarized photo-electric sensor designed for versatile applications, featuring an M18 threaded mount for easy installation. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -20 to +70°C and is designed in a retro-reflective mode with potentiometer adjustment for precise control. This sensor is pre-wired with a 6" / 150mm pigtail terminated with a 4-pin Pico-style M8 connector, ensuring a secure and reliable connection. Part of the QS18 series, it offers a high degree of protection rated at IP67 NEMA 6, suitable for demanding environments. The sensor operates on a supply voltage of 10Vdc-30Vdc, with nominal values of 12Vdc / 24Vdc, and is housed in a durable thermoplastic with an acrylic lens. It has a sensing distance of up to 3.5m and utilizes visible red light for detection. The operating modes include Light-ON and Dark-ON, complemented by a digital output (NPN transistor; complementary NO/NC) for versatile signaling.
