Banner Engineering QS18VN6LP-801192 is a polarized photo-electric sensor designed for a variety of detection applications. It features an M18 threaded mount for secure installation and operates within an ambient air temperature range of -20 to +70°C. This sensor is built in a rectangular shape with a thermoplastic housing and an acrylic lens, ensuring durability. It operates in a retro-reflective mode with potentiometer adjustment for precise control. The QS18VN6LP-801192 is pre-wired with a 10" pigtail terminated with an Amp MTE connector for easy connection. It belongs to the QS18 series and offers a sensing distance of up to 3.5m with visible red light for detection. This sensor supports both Light-ON and Dark-ON operating modes and includes 1 x digital output (NPN transistor; complementary NO/NC) for versatile output options. With a response time of 0.6ms / 0.0006 s, it provides quick and accurate detection. The device is protected to IP67 NEMA 6 standards and requires a supply voltage of 10Vdc-30Vdc (12Vdc / 24Vdc nom.) for operation.
