Banner Engineering QS18VN6FF150Q5 is a fixed-field photo-electric sensor designed for precise detection tasks. It features an M18 threaded mount for secure installation and operates within an ambient air temperature range of -20 to +70°C. This sensor is equipped with a background suppression system to enhance its detection capabilities. It comes pre-wired with a 6" / 150mm pigtail that terminates with a 4-pin Euro-style M12 connector, ensuring easy and quick connectivity. Part of the QS18 series, it boasts an IP67 NEMA 6 degree of protection, making it suitable for challenging environments. The sensor operates on a supply voltage of 10Vdc-30Vdc, with 12Vdc and 24Vdc as nominal values. Its rectangular shape is constructed from a thermoplastic housing with an acrylic lens, ensuring durability. The sensing distance is set at 150mm, and it utilizes visible red light with a wavelength of 632 nm for detection. It offers both Light-ON and Dark-ON operating modes for versatility in application.
