QS18VN6CV15 Description
Banner Engineering QS18VN6CV15 is a photo-electric sensor from the QS18 series, featuring a convergent mode with potentiometer adjustment. It is designed with an M18 threaded mount for easy installation and comes pre-wired with a 6.5ft / 2m cable terminated with bare end flying leads for convenient connection. This sensor operates within an ambient air temperature range of -20 to +70°C and is housed in a thermoplastic casing with an acrylic lens, ensuring durability. It offers a sensing distance of 16mm and utilizes visible red light for detection. The QS18VN6CV15 is equipped with a single digital output (NPN transistor; complementary NO/NC), allowing for both Light-ON and Dark-ON operating modes. It has a quick response time of 0.6ms / 0.0006 s and is powered by a supply voltage of 10Vdc-30Vdc (12Vdc / 24Vdc nom.). This sensor is protected against ingress with an IP67 NEMA 6 rating, making it suitable for a variety of industrial applications.
