QS18UNAE Description
Banner Engineering QS18UNAE is an ultrasonic distance sensor belonging to the QS18U series. It features an M18 threaded mount and operates within an ambient air temperature range of -20 to +60°C. This sensor is designed with a time-of-flight system and includes a remote IP68 / NEMA 6 TEACH button. It comes pre-wired with a 6.5ft / 2m cable that terminates with bare end flying leads. The QS18UNAE operates on a supply voltage of 12Vdc to 30Vdc, with a nominal voltage of 24Vdc, and is housed in an ABS material. It has a rectangular shape and utilizes a 300kHz transmission frequency for sensing distances between 50mm and 500mm. The sensor is equipped with one digital output (NPN transistor) and offers protection against short-circuits. It is rated with a degree of protection of IP68 NEMA 6P.
