Banner Engineering QS18RPWLVQ2 is a photo-electric sensor designed for retro-reflective mode operation with potentiometer adjustment. It features an M18 threaded mount and is suitable for ambient air temperatures ranging from -25 to +70°C. This sensor is equipped with a pre-wired 6" / 150mm pigtail terminated with a 4-pin 1/2" micro connector for connectivity. It operates on a universal voltage range, accepting 20Vac-140Vac (120Vac nominal) and 20Vdc-140Vdc (24Vdc / 48Vdc / 120Vdc nominal) as its supply voltage. The QS18 universal voltage series sensor boasts an IP67 NEMA 6 degree of protection, ensuring durability in various environments. Its rectangular shape is constructed from a thermoplastic housing with a Polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) lens. With a sensing distance of 6.5m and visible red light for detection, it offers a dark-ON operating mode. The sensor provides one digital output (PNP MOSFET transistor) and has a response time of 8.3ms / 0.0083 s.
