Banner Engineering QS18RPWLP is a polarized photo-electric sensor designed for versatile applications, featuring an M18 threaded mount for easy installation. It operates in a retro-reflective mode with potentiometer adjustment and is equipped with a pre-wired 6.5ft / 2m cable that terminates with bare end flying leads for convenient connection. This sensor supports a wide supply voltage range, accepting 20Vac-140Vac (120Vac nominal) and 20Vdc-140Vdc (24Vdc / 48Vdc / 120Vdc nominal), making it part of the QS18 universal voltage series. It boasts a thermoplastic housing with a Polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) lens, ensuring durability and clear signal transmission. The QS18RPWLP can operate in ambient air temperatures ranging from -25 to +70°C and offers a sensing distance of up to 3.5m with visible red light for easy alignment. It features a rectangular shape, an IP67 NEMA 6 degree of protection against dust and water, and provides one digital output (PNP MOSFET transistor) with a response time of 8.3ms / 0.0083 s, operating in a Dark-ON mode.
