QS18RNWLP Description
Banner Engineering QS18RNWLP is a polarized photo-electric sensor designed for versatile applications, featuring an M18 threaded mount for easy installation. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -25 to +70°C and is constructed with a thermoplastic housing and a Polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) lens for durability. This sensor is equipped with a pre-wired 6.5ft / 2m cable with bare end flying leads, facilitating straightforward connection. It supports a wide supply voltage range, accepting 20Vac-270Vac (with 200Vac, 220Vac, and 240Vac as nominal values) and 20Vdc-270Vdc (with 24Vdc, 48Vdc, and 120Vdc as nominal values), making it part of the QS18 universal voltage series. The device offers a sensing distance of 3.5m and utilizes visible red light in a retro-reflective mode with potentiometer adjustment. It features a rectangular shape, operates in a Dark-ON mode, and provides a single digital output (NPN MOSFET transistor) with a response time of 8.3ms / 0.0083 s. The QS18RNWLP is protected to IP67 NEMA 6 standards, ensuring its operation in various environmental conditions.
