Banner Engineering QS18RB6LPQ8 is a polarized photo-electric sensor designed for a variety of detection applications. It features an M18 threaded mount for secure installation and operates within an ambient air temperature range of -20 to +70°C. This sensor is built in a rectangular shape with an ABS housing and an acrylic lens, ensuring durability. It operates in retro-reflective mode with potentiometer adjustment for precise control. The QS18RB6LPQ8 is pre-equipped with a 4-pin Euro-style M12 connector for easy connection and is part of the QS18 series. It offers a sensing distance of up to 3.5m and utilizes visible red light for detection. With an IP67 NEMA 6 degree of protection, it is well-suited for challenging environments. The sensor supports a supply voltage range of 10Vdc to 30Vdc, with 12Vdc and 24Vdc as nominal values. It features one digital output (PNP/NPN transistor) and boasts a quick response time of 0.6ms / 0.0006 s, operating in Dark-ON mode.
