QS18EP6DQ-10328 Description
Banner Engineering QS18EP6DQ-10328 is a photo-electric sensor from the QS18 Expert series, featuring a diffuse mode with TEACH mode for operation. It is designed with an M18 threaded mount for installation and is equipped with a pre-wired 6-inch (150mm) pigtail terminated with a 4-pin Euro-style M8 connector for connectivity. This sensor operates within an ambient air temperature range of -20 to +70 degrees Celsius and is housed in a thermoplastic material with a Polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) lens. It offers a sensing distance of up to 800mm and includes a digital output (PNP transistor). The QS18EP6DQ-10328 operates on a supply voltage of 10Vdc to 30Vdc (with 12Vdc / 24Vdc nominal) and features a rectangular shape. It provides an IP67 and NEMA 6 degree of protection against ingress, and it has an operating mode that allows for both Light-ON and Dark-ON configurations. The response time of this sensor is 0.6ms (0.0006 seconds).
