Banner Engineering QS18EK6XLPCQ is a polarized (coaxial) photo-electric sensor designed for retro-reflective mode with TEACH mode functionality. It features an M18 threaded mount for secure installation and operates within an ambient air temperature range of -40 to +70°C. This sensor is part of the QS18 Expert series and offers a degree of protection rated at IP67 NEMA 6, ensuring durability in various environmental conditions. It is equipped with a pre-wired 6" / 150mm pigtail terminated with a 4-pin Pico-style M8 connector for easy connection. The QS18EK6XLPCQ operates on a supply voltage of 10Vdc-30Vdc (12Vdc / 24Vdc nom.) and is housed in a rectangular, thermoplastic body with a Polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) lens. It supports IO-Link communication protocol for enhanced device interoperability.
