QS18AB6AF300Q Description
Banner Engineering QS18AB6AF300Q is a sensor with the main function of adjustable-field photo-electric sensing. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -20 to +55 °C and features a background suppression system with screw adjustment. This sensor is designed with a pre-wired 6" / 150mm pigtail terminated with a 4-pin Pico-style M8 connector. It belongs to the QS18..AF mechanically adjustable background suppression series and offers a degree of protection rated at IP67 NEMA 6. The supply voltage required for operation is 10Vdc-30Vdc, with 12Vdc / 24Vdc being nominal. Its rectangular shape is constructed from a thermoplastic housing with an acrylic lens. The sensing distance ranges from 30 to 300mm, utilizing visible red light for detection. It operates in Light-ON mode and includes 1 x digital output (PNP/NPN transistor) with a response time of 2.5ms / 0.0025 s.
