Banner Engineering QS186LE212Q5-94723 is a Class 2 laser photo-electric sensor designed for precise detection tasks. It features an M18 threaded mount for secure installation and operates within an ambient air temperature range of -10 to +50 °C. This sensor is part of the QS186LE series and is characterized by its opposed (horizontal) system design. It comes pre-wired with a 12" / 300mm pigtail that terminates with a 4-pin Euro-style M12 connector, ensuring easy and quick connectivity. The QS186LE212Q5-94723 offers a high degree of protection with an IP67 NEMA 6 rating, making it suitable for challenging environments. It operates on a supply voltage range of 10Vdc to 30Vdc, with 12Vdc and 24Vdc as nominal values. The sensor's housing is made from durable thermoplastic, and it features a Polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) lens. It is capable of sensing distances up to 15m and emits a visible red light with a wavelength of 650 nm.
