Banner Engineering QS186LE is a Class 1 laser photo-electric sensor designed for through-beam system applications, featuring an emitter alone configuration. It comes with an M18 threaded mount for secure installation and operates within an ambient air temperature range of -10 to +50 °C. This sensor is part of the QS186LE series and is equipped with a pre-wired 6.5ft / 2m cable that terminates with bare end flying leads for easy connection. It boasts a degree of protection rated at IP67 NEMA 6, ensuring durability in various environmental conditions. The QS186LE operates on a supply voltage of 10Vdc to 30Vdc, with 12Vdc and 24Vdc as nominal values. Its rectangular shape is constructed from a thermoplastic housing with a Polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) lens. This sensor is capable of sensing distances up to 30m and emits a visible red light with a wavelength of 650 nm.
