QS186EQ Description
Banner Engineering QS186EQ is a photo-electric sensor designed for through-beam system applications, functioning as an emitter alone. It features an M18 threaded mount for secure installation and operates within an ambient air temperature range of -20 to +70°C. This sensor is part of the QS18 series and comes pre-wired with a 6-inch (150mm) pigtail that terminates with a 4-pin Pico-style M8 connector, facilitating easy and quick connections. The QS186EQ is housed in a thermoplastic casing with an acrylic lens, ensuring durability, and it offers a sensing distance of up to 20 meters. It operates on a supply voltage of 10Vdc to 30Vdc, with nominal voltages of 12Vdc and 24Vdc. The device emits infrared (IR) light and is protected to IP67 NEMA 6 standards, making it suitable for a wide range of industrial environments.
