Q40SN6FF400 W/30 Description
Banner Engineering Q40SN6FF400 W/30 is a fixed-field photo-electric sensor designed for precise detection tasks. It features an M30 threaded mount for secure installation and operates within an ambient air temperature range of -40 to +70°C. This sensor is equipped with a background suppression system and comes pre-wired with a 30ft / 9m cable that terminates with bare end flying leads, facilitating easy integration into various setups. Part of the Q40 DC series, it boasts an IP67 NEMA 6P degree of protection, ensuring durability in harsh environments. The sensor operates on a supply voltage of 10Vdc to 30Vdc, with 12Vdc and 24Vdc as nominal values. Its rectangular shape is constructed from a thermoplastic housing, offering a sensing distance of 400mm with infrared (IR) light at a wavelength of 880 nm. It supports both Light-ON and Dark-ON operating modes and features a single digital output (NPN transistor; complementary NO/NC) with a swift response time of 3ms / 0.003 s.
