It comes with an M30 threaded mount for installation and operates within an ambient air temperature range of -40 to +70°C. This sensor is part of the Q40 DC series and offers a rectangular shape with a thermoplastic housing, ensuring durability. It is equipped with a pre-wired 6.5ft / 2m cable that terminates with bare end flying leads for connection. The Q40SN6R provides a sensing distance of up to 60m and utilizes infrared (IR) light with a wavelength of 950 nm. It supports both Light-ON and Dark-ON operating modes for versatility in application. The sensor features a digital output (NPN transistor; complementary NO/NC) and boasts a quick response time of 3ms for ON and 1.5ms for OFF operations.
