Q20PDXLQPMA Description
Banner Engineering Q20PDXLQPMA is a long-range photo-electric sensor designed for a variety of applications requiring precise detection. This sensor operates within an ambient air temperature range of -20 to +60 degrees Celsius and features a diffuse mode with potentiometer adjustment for fine-tuning. It comes pre-wired with a 6-inch (150mm) polyurethane (PUR) cable, terminating in a 4-pin Euro-style M12 connector, ensuring easy installation. The Q20PDXLQPMA, part of the Q20 series, is housed in a thermoplastic casing with both the connector and cable sheath made of polyurethane (PUR), offering a high degree of protection rated at IP67 NEMA 6 against dust and water ingress. It operates on a supply voltage of 10Vdc to 30Vdc, with nominal voltages of 12Vdc and 24Vdc. This rectangular-shaped sensor has a sensing distance of up to 1.5 meters and utilizes infrared (IR) light with a wavelength of 850 nm for detection. It supports both Light-ON and Dark-ON operating modes and includes a single digital output (PNP transistor) with a rapid response time of 0.8ms (0.0008 seconds).
