Q20PLVQ Description
Banner Engineering Q20PLVQ is a photo-electric sensor from the Q20 series designed for a variety of detection applications. This sensor operates in a retro-reflective mode with potentiometer adjustment and is housed in a thermoplastic casing. It features a pre-wired 6-inch (150mm) pigtail terminated with a 4-pin Pico-style M8 connector for easy installation. The Q20PLVQ can function within an ambient air temperature range of -20 to +60 degrees Celsius and offers a sensing distance of up to 6 meters. It operates with a supply voltage of 10Vdc to 30Vdc, with nominal voltages of 12Vdc and 24Vdc. This sensor is equipped with a visible red light source, emitting at a wavelength of 645 nm, and supports both Light-ON and Dark-ON operating modes. It provides a single digital output (PNP transistor) and boasts a rapid response time of 0.8ms. The Q20PLVQ is designed to meet IP67 and NEMA 6 degrees of protection, ensuring durability in challenging environments.
