Q20PRQ Description

Banner Engineering Q20PRQ is a photo-electric sensor designed for through-beam system applications, functioning as the receiver component within the Q20 series. This sensor operates within an ambient air temperature range of -20 to +60°C and is housed in a rectangular, thermoplastic casing. It features a pre-wired 6-inch (150mm) pigtail terminated with a 4-pin Pico-style M8 connector for connectivity. The Q20PRQ offers a sensing distance of up to 12 meters and utilizes visible red light with a wavelength of 624 nm. It supports both Light-ON and Dark-ON operating modes. The sensor is equipped with one digital output (PNP transistor) and boasts a rapid response time of 1ms for ON and 0.6ms for OFF operations. It is designed to operate with a supply voltage ranging from 10Vdc to 30Vdc, with nominal voltages of 12Vdc and 24Vdc. The Q20PRQ is protected to IP67 NEMA 6 standards, ensuring its durability in various environmental conditions.
