Q20PLP Description
Banner Engineering Q20PLP is a polarized photo-electric sensor from the Q20 series, designed for retro-reflective mode operation with potentiometer adjustment. This sensor operates within an ambient air temperature range of -20 to +60 degrees Celsius and is housed in a thermoplastic casing. It features a pre-wired connection with a 6.5ft / 2m cable terminated with bare end flying leads, ensuring easy installation. The Q20PLP offers a sensing distance of up to 4 meters and utilizes visible red light with a wavelength of 645 nm for detection. It supports both Light-ON and Dark-ON operating modes and provides a single digital output (PNP transistor) with a rapid response time of 0.8ms / 0.0008 s. This sensor is powered by a supply voltage ranging from 10Vdc to 30Vdc (with 12Vdc / 24Vdc nominal) and is protected against ingress with an IP67 NEMA 6 rating, ensuring durability in various environmental conditions.
