Q20EQ Description

Banner Engineering Q20EQ is a photo-electric sensor designed for through-beam system applications, functioning as an emitter alone within the Q20 series. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -20 to +60°C and is equipped with a pre-wired 6-inch (150mm) pigtail terminated with a 4-pin Pico-style M8 connector. This sensor features a rectangular shape with a thermoplastic housing, ensuring a degree of protection rated at IP67 NEMA 6. It requires a supply voltage of 10Vdc to 30Vdc, with nominal voltages of 12Vdc and 24Vdc. The Q20EQ offers a sensing distance of up to 12 meters and utilizes visible red light with a wavelength of 624 nm. Its response times are 1ms (0.001 s) for turning on and 0.6ms (0.0006 s) for turning off.
