DS18VP6LPWQ Description
Banner Engineering DS18VP6LPWQ is a photo-electric sensor with a thermoplastic housing and acrylic lens, designed for M18 threaded mount installation. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -20 to +70°C and offers a degree of protection rated at IP67 NEMA 6. This sensor emits visible red light with a wavelength of 660 nm and features a response time of 2ms. It is equipped with one digital output (PNP transistor; complementary NO/NC) and supports both Light-ON and Dark-ON operating modes. The DS18VP6LPWQ, part of the DS18 series, is a wide-angle polarized retro-reflective sensor with a sensing distance of up to 3m. It comes pre-wired with a 6" / 150mm pigtail terminated with a 4-pin Pico-style M8 connector and requires a supply voltage of 10Vdc-30Vdc (12Vdc / 24Vdc nom.).
