RU40U-M12-AP6X2-H1141 Description
Turck RU40U-M12-AP6X2-H1141 is an ultrasonic sensor from the RU40U series, designed with a 9° sonic cone diffuse mode for front sensing. This sensor features ultrasonic sensor TEACH-by-wire functionality and is constructed with a chrome-plated brass housing and a sensing face made of PET (Polyethylene terephthalate), PU (Polyurethane), and Epoxy. It comes pre-equipped with a 4-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector for connectivity. The sensor operates on a supply voltage of 15-30Vdc, with 24Vdc nominal, and can function within an ambient air temperature range of -10°C to +60°C. It boasts an IP67 degree of protection, making it suitable for various environments. The sensor's shape is an M12 partially threaded cylindrical/barrel, and it supports IO-Link communication protocol. It has one digital output (10-30Vdc; PNP; 150mA max.) and offers a sensing distance of 40-400mm. The current consumption is 50mA under no-load conditions, and it has a maximum switching frequency of 10.4Hz. Protection functions include short-circuit (pulsed) and reverse polarity. The operating mode is NO (Normally Open), with an M12 thread size and a measurement accuracy (resolution) of 0.5mm.
