Turck RM-98C10E-8BNS-H1151 is an analog encoder designed for absolute multi-turn encoding within the Type RM-98 series. It features a blind hollow shaft design with a 65,536 turns capacity and is equipped with a flange that has a slotted flex mount for magnetic sensing. The encoder is constructed from a die-cast Zinc housing, a Stainless steel shaft, an Aluminium flange, and includes a PVC cable for connectivity. It comes pre-equipped with a radial 5-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector for easy integration. The dimensions of this encoder are H90mm x W50mm x D100mm, with a casing diameter of 36mm, and it operates on a supply voltage range of 15Vdc to 30Vdc, with a nominal voltage of 24Vdc. It is designed for 46mm flex mount (slotted) flange mounting and can operate in ambient air temperatures ranging from -40 to +85 degrees Celsius. The encoder offers a degree of protection of IP65, making it suitable for various industrial environments. The bore size is 10mm with an 18.5mm insertion depth. It is rated for a voltage of 250Vac and utilizes the DeviceNet communication protocol for data transmission.
