Turck NI8U-MT12E-AP6X2-H1141/S1589 is an inductive proximity sensor designed for a wide range of industrial applications. This sensor operates within an ambient air temperature range of -30°C to +85°C and features an extended barrel design with Weldguard coating for enhanced durability. It comes pre-equipped with a 4-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector, making it part of the NI...-MT12 series. With a degree of protection rated at IP68, it is suitable for environments requiring high levels of dust and water resistance. The sensor operates on a supply voltage of 10-30Vdc, with nominal voltages of 12Vdc and 24Vdc, and is housed in a PTFE-coated and chrome-plated brass housing. Its shape is an M12 partially threaded extended cylindrical/barrel, capable of a maximum switching frequency of 1kHz. The sensing distance is 8mm, and it operates in a Normally Open (NO) mode. The thread size is M12, and it features 1 x digital output (10-30Vdc; PNP; 200mA max.), with protection functions including short-circuit (pulsed), overload, and reverse polarity protection.
