NI8U-EM12E-AP6X2-H1141 Description
Turck NI8U-EM12E-AP6X2-H1141 is an inductive proximity sensor designed for detecting the presence of metal objects without contact. This sensor operates within an ambient air temperature range of -30°C to +85°C and features an extended barrel design. It comes pre-equipped with a 4-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector, belonging to the NI...-EM12 series. With an IP68 degree of protection, it is suitable for harsh environments. The supply voltage requirement is 10-30Vdc, supporting nominal 12Vdc and 24Vdc. Its shape is an M12 partially threaded extended cylindrical/barrel, capable of a maximum switching frequency of 1kHz. The housing is made of 1.4301 (304) stainless steel with a PA12-GF30 (glass fiber reinforced Polyamide) sensing face. It offers an 8mm sensing distance and operates in a Normally Open (NO) mode. The thread size is M12, and it features 1 x digital output (10-30Vdc; PNP; 200mA max.). Protection functions include short-circuit (pulsed), overload, and reverse polarity. The response time is 8ms, with a control circuit rated current of 200mA and a no-load current consumption of 25mA.
