Turck NI8-S18-AZ3X/S100 is an inductive proximity sensor designed for a wide range of automation applications. This sensor operates within an ambient air temperature range of -25°C to +100°C and is equipped with a pre-wired 2m / 6.5ft cable that terminates with bare end flying leads for easy installation. It supports a supply voltage range of 20-250Vac and 10-300Vdc, including nominal voltages of 24Vac, 200Vac, 220Vac, 240Vac for AC and 12Vdc, 24Vdc, 48Vdc, 120Vdc, 200Vdc, 250Vdc for DC. The NI8-S18-AZ3X/S100, part of the NI...-S18 series, features an M18 partially threaded barrel shape and offers a sensing distance of 8mm. It operates in a normally open (NO) mode and has a maximum switching frequency of 20Hz. The sensor's construction includes a PA12-GF30 (glass fiber reinforced Polyamide) housing and sensing face, an EPTR (Ethylene Propylene Terpolymer Rubber) end cap, and a PVC cable jacket.
