Turck NI8-S18-AD4X is an inductive proximity sensor designed for a variety of automation applications. This sensor operates within an ambient air temperature range of -25°C to +70°C and is equipped with a 2m pre-wired cable with bare end flying leads for connection. It falls under the NI...-S18 series and features an M18 partially threaded barrel shape. The sensor is designed to work with a supply voltage range of 10-65Vdc, including nominal values of 12Vdc, 24Vdc, and 48Vdc, and supports a maximum switching frequency of 500Hz. The housing is made of glass fiber reinforced Polyamide (PA12-GF30) with an Ethylene Propylene Terpolymer Rubber (EPTR) end cap and a PVC cable jacket, ensuring durability.
