Turck NI8-GT12-ADZ32X-B3131/S1589 is an inductive proximity sensor designed for a wide range of industrial applications. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -25°C to +70°C and features a Weldguard coated design for enhanced durability. This sensor is equipped with a 3-pin 1/2"-20 UNF Microfast male connector for easy installation. It supports a supply voltage range of 20-250Vac (with nominal voltages of 24Vac, 200Vac, 220Vac, and 240Vac) and 10-300Vdc (with nominal voltages of 12Vdc, 24Vdc, 48Vdc, 120Vdc, 200Vdc, and 250Vdc), making it versatile for various power supply configurations. The NI...-GT12 series sensor boasts an IP67 degree of protection, ensuring operation in demanding environments. Its M12 fully threaded barrel shape allows for straightforward mounting, and it has a maximum switching frequency of 20Hz. The sensor's housing is made from PTFE-coated brass, and the sensing face is constructed from PTFE-coated PA12-GF30 (glass fiber reinforced Polyamide), offering robustness in harsh conditions. With an 8mm sensing distance and operating in NO (Normally Open) mode, it includes 1 x digital output capable of handling 20-250Vac / 10-300Vdc with AC/DC 2-wire pow. MOSFET output, supporting up to 100mA max. Additionally, it features protection functions against output short-circuit and overload (Latched SCP) for increased operational security.
