NI30U-MT30-AP6X2-H1141 Description
Turck NI30U-MT30-AP6X2-H1141 is an inductive proximity sensor designed for detecting the presence of metal objects without contact. This sensor operates within an ambient air temperature range of -30°C to +85°C and is equipped with a 4-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector for easy installation. Part of the NI...-MT30 series, it features a degree of protection rated at IP68, making it suitable for use in environments where dust and moisture are present. The sensor operates on a supply voltage of 10-30Vdc, with nominal voltages of 12Vdc and 24Vdc, and is housed in a PTFE-coated brass body with an LCP (Liquid Crystal Polymer) sensing face for enhanced durability. It has a sensing distance of 30mm and operates in a Normally Open (NO) mode. The M30 partially threaded barrel shape allows for straightforward mounting, and it can handle a maximum switching frequency of 1kHz. The sensor provides one digital output (10-30Vdc; PNP; 200mA max.) and includes protection functions against short-circuit (pulsed), overload, and reverse polarity. Its response time is 8ms, with a control circuit rated current of 200mA and a no-load current consumption of 25mA.
