NI30U-EM30WD-AP6X-H1141 Description
Turck NI30U-EM30WD-AP6X-H1141 is an inductive proximity sensor designed for detecting the presence of metal objects without contact. This sensor operates within an ambient air temperature range of -40°C to +100°C and is equipped with a 4-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector for easy installation. Part of the NI...-EM30 series, it offers a high degree of protection with ratings of IP68 and IP69K, making it suitable for washdown environments. The sensor operates on a supply voltage of 10-30Vdc, with nominal voltages of 12Vdc and 24Vdc. It features a partially threaded barrel shape with an M30 thread size, constructed from 1.4404 (316L) stainless steel housing and an LCP (Liquid Crystal Polymer) sensing face. The sensing distance is 30mm, and it operates in a Normally Open (NO) mode. It has a maximum switching frequency of 1kHz and includes one digital output (10-30Vdc; PNP; 200mA max.). Protection functions include short-circuit (pulsed), overload, and reverse polarity protection. The sensor's response time is 8ms, with a control circuit rated current of 200mA and a no-load current consumption of 25mA.
