NI30-G30K-AP6X Description
Turck NI30-G30K-AP6X is an inductive proximity sensor designed for detecting the presence of metal objects without contact. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -25°C to +70°C and features a 2m pre-wired cable with bare end flying leads for connection. This sensor is part of the NI...-G30 series and comes in a short barrel design with an M30 fully threaded short cylindrical shape. It offers a protection degree of IP67, making it suitable for use in environments where dust and water resistance is required. The supply voltage is 10-30Vdc, with nominal values of 12Vdc and 24Vdc. It has a maximum switching frequency of 500Hz and a sensing distance of 30mm. The operating mode is Normally Open (NO), and it includes one digital output (10-30Vdc; PNP; 200mA max.). The sensor's housing is made of chrome-plated brass with a PA12-GF30 (glass fiber reinforced Polyamide) sensing face and an EPTR (Ethylene Propylene Terpolymer Rubber) end cap, complemented by a PVC cable jacket. It features protection functions against short-circuit (pulsed), overload, and reverse polarity, with a response time of 8ms / 0.008 s and a control circuit rated current of 200mA / 0.2 A. The current consumption under no-load conditions is 15mA.
