NI30U-EM30WD-AN6X-H1141 Description
Turck NI30U-EM30WD-AN6X-H1141 is an inductive proximity sensor designed for detecting the presence of metal objects without contact. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -40°C to +100°C and is equipped with a 4-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector for connectivity. This sensor falls under the NI...-EM30 series and offers a high degree of protection rated at IP68 and IP69K, making it suitable for washdown environments. It requires a supply voltage of 10-30Vdc, with 12Vdc and 24Vdc as nominal values, and features a partially threaded barrel shape with an M30 thread size. The housing is made from 1.4404 (316L) stainless steel with an LCP (Liquid Crystal Polymer) sensing face. It has a sensing distance of 30mm and operates in a normally open (NO) mode. The sensor supports a digital output (10-30Vdc; NPN; 200mA max.) and has a maximum switching frequency of 1kHz. It includes protection functions against short-circuit (pulsed), overload, and reverse polarity. The response time is 8ms, with a control circuit rated current of 200mA and a no-load current consumption of 25mA.
