NI3-EG08K-RP6X-V1131 Turck Inductive Sensors

Turck NI3-EG08K-RP6X-V1131 is an inductive proximity sensor designed for detecting the presence of metal objects without contact. This sensor operates within an ambient air temperature range of -25°C to +70°C and features a short barrel design for easy installation in confined spaces. It comes pre-equipped with a 3-pin M8 Picofast male metal connector, ensuring a secure and reliable connection. Part of the NI...-EG08 series, it offers a degree of protection rated at IP67, making it suitable for use in environments where dust and moisture are present. The sensor operates on a supply voltage of 10-30Vdc, with nominal values of 12Vdc and 24Vdc, and is housed in a 1.4305 (303) stainless steel body with a PBT (Polybutylene Terephthalate) sensing face for durability. It features a fully threaded short cylindrical/barrel (Picoprox) shape with an M8 thread size, facilitating easy mounting. The sensing distance is 3mm, and it operates in a Normally Closed (NC) mode. This sensor supports a maximum switching frequency of 3kHz / 3000Hz and includes a digital output (10-30Vdc; PNP; 150mA max.). It is equipped with protection functions against short-circuit (pulsed), overload, and reverse polarity, with a no-load current consumption of 15mA.
