NI2-Q6.5-AP6-0.1-FS4.4X3/S304 Description
Turck NI2-Q6.5-AP6-0.1-FS4.4X3/S304 is an inductive proximity sensor designed for monitoring kit for power clamps. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -25°C to +70°C and features a pre-wired 10cm / 4" pigtail PUR cable terminated with a 4-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector. This sensor is part of the NI...-Q6.5 series and offers a degree of protection of IP67, making it suitable for various industrial environments. It requires a supply voltage of 10-30Vdc, with 12Vdc and 24Vdc as nominal values, and is designed in a rectangular block shape with two rectangular 6.5mm thick clamp sensors. The sensor operates at a maximum switching frequency of 30Hz and is constructed with a PP-GR 20 (Polypropylene) housing and sensing face, along with a PUR (Polyurethane) cable jacket. It supports the DeviceNet communication protocol and has a sensing distance of 2mm. The operating mode is NO (Normally Open), and it features 1 x digital output (10-30Vdc; PNP; 150mA max.). Protection functions include short-circuit (pulsed), overload, and reverse polarity protection. The control circuit is rated at 150mA / 0.15 A, with a current consumption of 20mA under no-load conditions.
