Turck NI2-BTM-0.16-BDS-2AP6X3-H1141/S34 is an inductive proximity sensor designed for monitoring applications within a power clamp environment. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -25°C to +70°C and is equipped with a 4-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector for connectivity. This sensor features a rectangular block shape with two clamp sensors, offering a sensing distance of 2mm and a maximum switching frequency of 30Hz. It is constructed with a PP-GR 20 (Polypropylene) housing and sensing face, along with a PUR (Polyurethane) cable jacket, ensuring durability. The sensor operates on a supply voltage of 10-30Vdc, with nominal voltages of 12Vdc and 24Vdc, and includes two digital outputs (10-30Vdc; PNP; 200mA max.) operating in a Normally Open (NO) mode. It provides protection against short-circuits (pulsed), overload, and reverse polarity, with a no-load current consumption of 15mA. The device is rated with an IP67 degree of protection, making it suitable for various industrial applications.
