NI100U-K90SR-VP4X2 Description
Turck NI100U-K90SR-VP4X2 is an inductive proximity sensor designed for a wide range of industrial applications. This sensor operates within an ambient air temperature range of -30°C to +85°C and features a 90mm diameter rectangular body with a smooth cylindrical/barrel shape and a terminal chamber for connections. It comes pre-equipped with a wiring chamber terminal block and an M20x1.5 entry, falling under the NI...-K90SR series. With an IP68 degree of protection, it is well-suited for environments requiring high levels of dust and water resistance. The sensor supports a supply voltage range of 10-65Vdc, accommodating 12Vdc, 24Vdc, and 48Vdc nominal voltages, and offers a maximum switching frequency of 250Hz. The housing is made of PBT (Polybutylene Terephthalate), with a sensing face of glass fiber reinforced PBT-GF30-V0, ensuring durability. It has a sensing distance of 100mm and provides NO (Normally Open) / NC (Normally Closed) complementary outputs, along with a single digital output (10-65Vdc; PNP; 200mA max.). Protection functions include short-circuit (pulsed), overload, and reverse polarity protection. The sensor's response time is 8ms / 0.008 s, with a control circuit rated current of 200mA / 0.2 A and a no-load current consumption of 15mA.
