NI10U-M12-AP6X-H1141 Description
Turck NI10U-M12-AP6X-H1141 is an inductive proximity sensor designed for detecting the presence of metal objects without contact. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -30°C to +85°C and is equipped with a 4-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector for connectivity. This sensor is part of the NI...-M12 series and offers a degree of protection rated at IP68, making it suitable for use in environments where dust and moisture are present. It requires a supply voltage of 10-30Vdc, with 12Vdc and 24Vdc as nominal values, and features a partially threaded barrel shape with an M12 thread size. The sensor's housing is made of chrome-plated brass with an LCP (Liquid Crystal Polymer) sensing face. It has a sensing distance of 10mm and operates in a normally open (NO) mode. The maximum switching frequency is 1kHz, and it includes one digital output (10-30Vdc; PNP; 200mA max.). Protection functions include short-circuit (pulsed), overload, and reverse polarity protection. The response time is 8ms, with a control circuit rated current of 200mA and a no-load current consumption of 25mA.
