NI10-G18SK-AN6X2 Description
Turck NI10-G18SK-AN6X2 is an inductive proximity sensor designed for detecting the presence of metal objects without contact. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -25°C to +70°C and features a short barrel design for easy installation in confined spaces. This sensor is equipped with a wiring chamber terminal block and a right-angled Pg 9 entry for connection, falling under the NI...-G18 series. It offers a degree of protection rated at IP67, making it suitable for use in environments where dust and water resistance is required. The sensor operates with a supply voltage of 10-30Vdc, including nominal values of 12Vdc and 24Vdc, and is housed in a chrome-coated brass with a PA12-GF30 (glass fiber reinforced Polyamide) sensing face for durability. It has an M18 fully threaded barrel shape with a sensing distance of 10mm and operates in a Normally Open (NO) mode. The sensor supports a digital output (10-30Vdc; NPN; 200mA max.) and features a maximum switching frequency of 500Hz. It is protected against short-circuit (pulsed), overload, and reverse polarity conditions. The response time is 8ms / 0.008 s, and the control circuit is rated for a current of 200mA / 0.2 A.
