Turck FCS-N1/2A4-NAEX/D100 is a sensor designed for flow monitoring with a rectangular body shape and is part of the FCS series. It features a 1.4571 (316Ti) stainless steel housing and wetted parts, ensuring durability in various environments. This sensor operates within an ambient air temperature range of -25°C to +80°C and can handle medium temperatures from -10°C to +70°C. It is designed to measure air flow rates between 2 to 25m/s. The device offers a degree of protection of IP67, making it suitable for use in demanding conditions. The response time ranges from 2-15 seconds during startup and 1-13 seconds during normal operation. It comes pre-wired with a 2m cable terminated with bare end flying leads and features a 1/2" NPT threaded male process port for easy installation. The sensor operates at pressures up to 100bar (1450psi) and requires a remote amplifier for functionality. Its design is focused on providing instrumentation for intrinsically-safe insertion probe flow monitoring.
